Yayasan WWF Indonesia (WWF-ID) is
anticipating a new project from Asian Development Bank (ADB) supporting the institutional, technical, and capacity-related
barriers for REDD+ implementation in West Kalimantan, one of the top five provinces
contributing to GHG emissions with a mean deforestation rate of 132,500 ha per
year. This anticipated vacancy is located in Jakarta.  WWF-ID vision is to conserve biodiversity and reducing human impact through: Promoting
strong conservation ethics, awareness and actions in Indonesian society.
We are seeking National Financial Management and Administration
Specialist to perform the following tasks: ·        
Assist EA in
financial planning, budgeting and accounting, related to the RKAKL (Rencana
Kerja dan Anggaran  Kementarian Negara/Lembaga) or the work plan and
budget of state ministries and agencies.   ·        
Coordinate with
the Director General of the Department of Treasury on finance issues, in
management of the FIP  grant, replenishment and filing of information
related to Bank Accounts at Reksus/Rekening Khusus (special account) government
account at Bank Indonesia.  ·        
Process the
disbursement of funds and record all financial transactions in accordance with
ADB and government procedures.   ·        
Verify evidence
of project expenditures, and prepare periodic financial statements to the proxy
of budget user (KPA or Kuasa Pengguna Anggaran) in a timely manner. ·        
Cross check data
on grant disbursement from RKBI (Rencana Kebutuhan Barang Impor) or the Needs
Plan for Imported Goods from the letter of fund disbursement, and from the MDS
Client Connection application on the Financial Management Report System
(software), and prepare the Interim Financial Reports for withdrawal
application process.   Requirement·        
At least 6 years
of experience as a financial management specialist. ·        
A bachelor’s
degree or higher in finance, commerce, accounting, business administration or a
related area.  ·        
Previous
experience in working with forestry related institutions in Indonesia.  ·        
Share the work at
national, provincial, and FMU levels depending on the workload. ·        
Excellent
understanding on Governmental regulations and mechanism of List of Budget
Implementation/ Daftar Isian Pelaksanaan Anggaran (DIPA) and work plan and
budget of state ministries and agencies or Rencana Kerja Anggaran Kementerian
