Yasa Karsa Insani (YKI) is a partner of the KNCV Tuberculosis Foundation headquartered in The Hague, Netherlands. We collaborate and develop partnerships with the Government, international organizations, and local organizations in providing technical assistance and developing effective, efficient, innovative, and sustainable TB control strategies.

Yasa Karsa Insani (YKI) is looking for a Video Editor Intern to join our team and support the creation of short-form video content for our YouTube and Instagram platforms.

This internship is a great opportunity for a final-year student or fresh graduate who is interested in video editing, digital content, and social media, and wants to gain hands-on experience working on real content projects.

What You’ll Do

• Edit short-form videos for YouTube and Instagram.
• Produce approximately 30–40 videos per month.
• Apply basic storytelling, pacing, transitions, subtitles, and visual elements to make videos engaging.
• Collaborate with the team to understand content briefs and editing requirements.
• Revise videos based on feedback.

Requirements

• Final-year student or fresh graduate from any major.
• Have basic to intermediate experience in video editing.
• Proficient in video editing tools, especially CapCut; familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus.
• Have a portfolio, which can include personal projects, social media content, or coursework.
• Own a personal laptop suitable for video editing.
• Able to work independently and manage deadlines.
• Willing to work remotely under a Work From Anywhere (WFA) arrangement.

Additional Qualifications

• Experience creating content for a brand, community, or campus organization.
• Basic graphic design skills for simple poster or visual content needs.
• Familiarity with current social media content trends is a plus.
