About IIEF

IIEF (www.iief.or.id) is a national foundation with 40+ years’ experience managing in-country and international scholarship, training, and assessment programs. IIEF is the sole ETS representative in Indonesia and administers TOEFL ITP® tests nationwide, and since 2023 operates the TOEFL® Lounge to provide public information and services.

Position Summary

Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the organization’s facilities, services, and internal operations. Responsible for office management, facility maintenance, procurement, vendor coordination, and logistics while ensuring compliance with company policies and supporting cross-departmental needs to enable efficient business continuity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily general affairs operations, including facility management, office maintenance, and upkeep of utilities and equipment.
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance, repairs, cleaning, security, and vendor services to ensure a safe, functional workplace.
• Greet and assist visitors professionally; manage reception duties and direct inquiries to appropriate staff.
• Manage procurement of office supplies, asset inventory, and vendor contracts in line with policies.
• Prepare timely reports, maintain records, and perform other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

• Proven experience in general affairs, facility management, or building maintenance is an advantage.
• Preferably holds a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively in a team.
• Willingness to be assigned in Makassar.
• TOEFL ITP Score minimum 400.
