About Kaleka

Kaleka is an Indonesian non-profit research institute established in 2014 with a mission to promote sustainable and equitable commodity production and responsible natural resource management by engaging governments, businesses, and communities.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Intern to support our Finance team in day-to-day financial administration and project finance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify staff advance payment reports and maintain the Expense Report database.
• Support technical, implementation, and monitoring teams in preparing donor grant projections and monitoring budget utilization.
• Coordinate with the Accounting team to ensure the completeness of supporting documents for financial filing.
• Assist in preparing supporting documents for project financial reports.
• Support finance administration and other project-related administrative processes as assigned.

Qualifications

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
• Willing to be based in Denpasar for a 3-month internship.
