Yayasan Sayangi Tunas Cilik partner of Save the Children in Indonesia is changing for the better.  We’ve begun to build a national organisation that aims to be a strong,
local, and self-sustaining voice for children in Indonesia namely Yayasan Sayangi Tunas Cilik Tunas Cilik.  To this end, Yayasan has been designated as a “Prospect Member of Save the Children” which focuses on strengthening and localizing our voice for children
in strategic middle income countries. Currently Save the Children’s programs in Indonesia is implemented by Yayasan Sayangi Tunas Cilik. We work in eleven provinces,
have staff of approximately 400 local professionals, and programming in Child Protection, Education, Health and Nutrition, Disaster Risk Reduction, and Humanitarian Response. We are currently seeking to fill the following position:

Position :

Individual Consultant for Disability-inclusive Education Management Information System (EMIS) Development

The main objectives of the consultancy are:

1. Review and find gaps about data of children with disabilities in government and non-government database system and communities
2. Study other more inclusive education management information systems or approaches, such as community-based EMIS
3. Do desk review on existing database system (resources, funding)
   in several ministries such as Ministry of Education Ministry of Social Affair, Ministry of Health, and other institution
4. Review on Dapodik system and its indicator (categorization)
5. Assess the possibility of alignment with SatuData
6. Identify the need for disability indicators
7. Develop plan to insert research findings into database system
8. Conduct result workshop and advocacy workshop to share findings
