Yayasan Sayangi Tunas Cilik
is the key implementing partner of Save the Children in Indonesia.  We work in eleven provinces, have staff of approximately 300 local professionals, and programming
in Child Protection, Education, Health and Nutrition, Child Right Governance, Child Poverty, Disaster Risk Reduction, and Humanitarian Response. 

In partnership with the Humanitarian Leadership Academy based in London UK,
Yayasan Sayangi Tunas Cilik is facilitating the recruitment of a high qualified professional to establish and oversee HLA operations in Indonesia.
We are currently seeking to fill the following postion:

 

ACADEMY CENTRE DIRECTOR – HUMANITARIAN LEADERSHIP ACADEMY

ROLE PURPOSE:

The Academy Centre in Indonesia is a branch of the Humanitarian Leadership Academy, a UK based global networked organisation whose mission is to enable people around the world to prepare
for and respond to crises in their own countries. The Academy Centre in Indonesia will be a strategic representative office of the Academy, working with organisations from across the not-for-profit, public, technology industry, private sector and universities
to help local communities across the world to become more resilient in the face of disaster by promoting and developing existing and new humanitarian preparedness and response focused learning and development opportunities.

In this pivotal post you will report to the Chief Executive of the Humanitarian Leadership Academy and be responsible for a budget of approximately £1m. You will guide the establishment
of the Academy Centre’s initial legal structure and the development of the Academy’s business model in Indonesia and over time, in other locations in Asia-Pacific. You will also be responsible for setting the strategic direction of the Academy Centre, leading
on the development of a strategic business plan and the delivery of the annual and long-term strategic priorities for the Academy Centre.
