300 local professionals, and programming in Child Protection, Education, Health and Nutrition, Disaster Risk Reduction, and Humanitarian Response.  We are currently seeking to fill the following position:

Monitoring Evaluation Accountability and Learning – MEAL Officer

ROLE PURPOSE:

Save the Children implement a unique project to respond to learning and development needs of children with disabilities living in rural and slum areas. IKEA Foundation funds the IDEAL project
which is promoting inclusion all children in Education System and provision of a protected environment in schools and communities. The project has a child centered approach which means bringing the child in the center and activating duty bearers encircling
the child to ensure provision of right to education and protection of children with disabilities.

The project goal is to
increase access to quality inclusive education for children with disabilities to attain their right to education and protection. This will be achieved through establishing and strengthening an integrated and inclusive school and community model in 7
districts/cities in West Java province.

MEAL Officer ensures proper design and implementation of the monitoring, evaluation, accountability and Learning system including disseminating results to stakeholders, and involving children
and community members.
MEAL Officer will responsible for the project study under IDEAL Project. MEAL Officer leads the documentation activity, data management and communication. MEAL officer worsk together with Senior Project
Officer to prepare campaign material and contribute development of training materials with consultation with Education and Protection Specialist.  MEAL Officer reports directly to Project Manager
