VACANCY as DRIVER AT YAYASAN AMNESTY INTERNATIONAL INDONESIA (YAII)

Yayasan Amnesty
International Indonesia is seeking a good and experienced driver to support all operational and administrative
activities. 

Essential Duties

• Operate
  assigned vehicle in a professional, safe and courteous manner
• Provide a
  comfortable and effective drive for assigned passengers
•  Conduct
  tasks in town in support of the office, such as delivery and collections of
  items, procurement and paying bills
• Keep the
  assigned vehicle in immaculate condition, inside and outside. Coordinate the schedule for
  major or periodic vehicle maintenance with management and staff to minimize
  service interruptions
• Maintain accurate,
  up-to-date records on trip sheets, vehicle maintenance, fuel purchases,
  incident reports, accident reports, vehicle condition reports and other records
  that are requested from management
• Be
  well-presented at all times when on duty
• Be
  proactive and positive
• Any other duties and tasks assigned by the Office Manager

Requirements:

·        
Have a
valid vehicle driving license;

·        
Able to
drive using manual or automatic;

·        
Minimum 3 years of experience as a corporate or
organization-employed driver, preferably       with Bluebird.

·        
Basic
English conversation is required;

·        
Familiar
with Jakarta areas;

·        
Good interpersonal
skills;

·        
Proven
ability to be flexible in demanding situations;

Reporting:

The
Driver will report to the Office Manager
