The Sustainable Business Specialist will lead the design, implementation, and scaling of sustainable business models across YKAN’s Blue Economy program sites, with a focus on  reef-positive businesses, mangrove-positive businesses, sustainable fisheries products, and ecotourism. The position provides technical expertise to strengthen sustainable value chains and market access, working closely with site teams,  local communities, economic institutions, supply chain & market actors, and private sector partnersThe position will also develop and implement go-to-market strategies and incentive mechanisms to accelerate the adoption of sustainable practices and contribute to long-term conservation outcomes.

The Sustainable Business Specialist reports to Sustainable Practice Senior Manager and is based in Jakarta or Berau.
