Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage tender preparation processes

• Provide project backstopping support (back office coordination during implementation)

Job Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) or equivalent (D4) in Business Management, Project Management, Communication, or related fields

• Proven experience in project management

• Creative, independent, and able to multitask

• Minimum 2 years of work experience (fresh graduates with exceptional creativity are encouraged to apply)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English

• Experience working in a similar consulting company or on related projects is a plus
