The M&E Specialist will play a key role in designing, strengthening, and implementing monitoring and evaluation systems to ensure effective project delivery and measurable impact. This position will be responsible for developing M&E frameworks, tracking performance indicators, conducting data analysis, and producing high quality reports to support evidence based decision making. We are looking for a detail oriented individual with strong analytical skills, solid experience in project cycle management, and a deep commitment to community development and sustainable impact.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Monitoring & Evaluation,
2. Preferably in community development, women’s empowerment, or coastal livelihood programs.
3. Strong skills in developing frameworks, indicators, tools, and digital/structured M&E systems.
4. Experience working with field teams in rural or multi-district settings.
5. Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation abilities.
6. Willingness to travel regularly across YKDA’s intervention areas.
