We’re looking for a Monitoring, Evaluation & Research (MER) Officer to join Yayasan Plan International Indonesia and help turn programme data into insights, learning, and measurable impact — especially in advancing children’s rights and equality for girls.

Based in: Lembata, NTT
Role: MER Officer
Experience: Min. 2 years in project M&E
Deadline: 31 August 2026

What you’ll be doing:
Build & strengthen M&E systems and dashboards
Support research, assessments & evidence generation
Turn data into insights, learning & programme improvements
Mentor teams & partners on M&E
Support quality reporting & knowledge management
Make sure children & youth participation is actually captured and measured

You might be our person if you have:
✨ Strong analytical & data skills
✨ Experience with RBM & Theory of Change
✨ Research & data collection experience
✨ Good communication & facilitation skills
✨ The ability to work independently AND with a team
