Job Requirements

1. Preferred bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field
2. At least 3 years of experience in managing communications, public relations, partnership management or related roles, preferably in the nonprofit sector.
3. Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
4. Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
5. Demonstrated ability to think strategically, creatively, and analytically to solve complex communication challenges.
6. Self-starter, independent and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
7. Ability to manage a team of team members with different skill sets.
8. Lifelong learner, willing to learn education policy issues.
9. Proficiency in digital communication tools, social media platforms, and content management systems.
