Finance AccountantKehijau Berbak project immediately looking for a Finance and Accounting Staff to be based in Jambi, Indonesia.Position Aims·         Provide high-quality financial and administrative support to programs·         Ensure the financial integrity of the organisation Roles and Responsibilities1.       Ensuring an adequate treasury. This includes                   a.       Weekly prepare and update cash flows forecast and arrange petty cash requirements                   b.      Monthly prepare cash flow forecasts over the local office administration                  c.       Assuring at the time sufficient balance in the bank account                 d.      Control of cash transaction in jambi                 e.       Undertake cash transaction to Jambi                  f.        Control of expenditure within the budget                  g.       Tax management and planning2.      Ensuring adequate accounting .a.      Verification of all invoices prior to paymentb.      Preparing vouchers as required , and have them signed for approvalc.       Enter all transactions in the Budget Control Systemd.      Reconciling monthly expenditure3.      Ensuring adequate fillinga.      Proposing filling system for the programmeb.      Keeping state of the art files with hard copies and soft copies4.      In consultation with the Procurement expert , keep an updated inventory list5.      Performing any other dutiesSelection Criteria·         Indonesian nationality·         Domicile in Jambi·         Good verbal and written commend of the Indonesian and English language·         S1/D3 accountancy  with at least 3 year experience in finance and administration ·         Good knowledge of Personnel Income Tax, Withholding Tax and Value Added Tax  ·         Extensive experience with office software·         Advance bookkeeping·         Open minded with an ability to work across cultures·         Excellent time management skillsDesirable :Availability for  an immediate startonly shortlisted candidate will be contactedThe applicant should sent their application letter and CV  to : ariman.waruwu@kehijauberbak.comAriman Niswari Waruwu
