As Head of Impact, you will:

📊 Lead impact measurement & learning systems
🚀 Drive scalable, innovative program models
🤝 Build partnerships with academia, NGOs & donors
💡 Support evidence-based fundraising & innovation
🌏 Shape strategy through data-driven insights

We’re looking for:

✔️ 7+ years in impact measurement, M&E, or research
✔️ Strong leadership in NGO/development sector
✔️ Expertise in data systems, scalability & knowledge management
