Daemeter Consulting is an Indonesia‑based advisory firm at the intersection of sustainability, rural development & responsible investment. We are developing an agile impact investment & enterprise incubation platform for small to medium scale enterprises that deliver measurable environmental & social outcomes alongside financial returns. Rooted in forestry, agriculture & rural enterprises, our model combines capital with incubation, technical assistance & governance. We believe capacity building & contextual understanding rather than capital alone are often the binding constraints for community‑led ventures.

The Role

This senior role will grow & manage the incubation & investment pipeline, reporting to executive management:

🔹Identify & support ventures from concept through incubation, investment readiness, capital deployment & post investment

🔹Bridge business model development, financial analysis & impact measurement

🔹Work with founders, communities, partners & Governance bodies to scale responsibly

🔹Contribute to team building & internal learning around rural enterprise incubation & green investment

Key Responsibilities

🔹Identify & evaluate opportunities from cooperatives, SMEs & communities

🔹Manage a live incubation & investment pipeline

🔹Conduct market & value chain analysis

🔹Co‑create business models, forecasts & scaling strategies

🔹Prepare investment documents & structure flexible instruments

🔹Support post investment monitoring & technical assistance

🔹Collaborate with governance, technical teams, advisors & partners

🔹Align impact measurement with Theory of Change & ESG standards

Requirements

🔹Master’s degree preferred (finance, economics, business, environmental management, development)

🔹10+ years’ experience in green business, incubation, venture screening/impact investing

🔹Proven financial analysis, business modelling & fund management skills

🔹Expertise in Indonesian forestry, agriculture & rural value chains

🔹Strong stakeholder engagement & communication skills

🔹Analytical ability to turn complex contexts into viable investments

🔹Understanding of rural enterprise challenges & risks

🔹Fluent in Indonesian; English proficiency preferred

Location & Terms

Bogor, Indonesia preferred (remote possible with travel). Full‑time.

Salary includes base + performance elements
