HEALTH INSURANCE FOR EMPLOYEE

Overview

Formally represented in Indonesia by its subsidiary EDE Consulting, Hanns R. Neumann Stiftung (HRNS) is an international NGO with its headquarters in Germany. Working together with farmer communities and organizations, as well as coffee value chain stakeholders, HRNS implements hands-on projects to improve the livelihoods of vulnerable smallholder farmer families in coffee growing areas around the world.

Health Insurance Period

The insurance period from August 1, 2026 – July 31, 2027.

Eligibility Criteria

HRNS Indonesia is seeking a health insurance provider that can deliver the following services, including but not limited to:

• Previous working with non-profit organizations or similar entities is preference.
• Having a good reputation in providing services with clients.
• Flexible and willing to accommodate the organization’s specific needs.
• Cashless system, swipe card, and reimbursement method with apps are preferable.
• Collaborate with online health services (ie. Halodoc, Alodoc, etc.)
• Reimbursement for overseas insurance coverage with claim processing time of a maximum of 14 working days
• Have a wide network of partner hospitals across Indonesia and overseas.
• Provide 24/7 customer care services.
• The provider must provide claims reporting and evaluation at least once every six months.
• Have experience serving employees based in remote or rural areas, including the ability to provide accessible services, responsive support, and administrative convenience for employees in locations with limited healthcare facilities.

The provider must be able to meet the following requirements:

• Inpatient Care
• Outpatient Care
• Dental Care
• Optical Benefits
• Maternity Benefits
• Medical Check-Up

Proposal Requirements

• The submitted proposal should include the following information:
• Company profile with relevant experiences.
• Detailed policy and claim process.
• Partner hospital and network in Indonesia.
• Renewal policy and process.
• Detailed premium. Further information regarding the benefits and number of participants will be provided upon submission of the above documents (1-4)
• Please note that only companies meeting the above criteria will receive the detailed benefits information and number of participants.

Confidentiality

• All information provided by HRNS Indonesia to the bidder shall be treated as confidential and not disclosed to third parties without prior written consent.
• Interested companies should send a proposal to indonesia@hrnstiftung.org with the subject heading “Health Insurance Proposal_[Name of vendor]” no later than Friday, 12 June 2026.

Please note that the qualified companies who meet all the requirements will be invited to present the proposal.
