About Position
This executive operational role oversees comprehensive back-office functions—including Human Capital, Legal, Procurement, Facilities, and IT—to ensure compliant, cost-effective, and seamless business execution. It actively drives digital transformation, process automation, and cross-departmental workflow optimization to enhance organizational productivity and scalability. Additionally, the role leads risk mitigation, vendor strategy, and workforce development to safeguard assets and align operational capabilities with long-term strategic goals.
Responsibilities

Strategic Human Capital Management: Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including talent acquisition, payroll, employee engagement, and capacity building to foster a high-performance culture.

Procurement & Facilities Oversight: Direct procurement strategies, vendor negotiations, and workspace/asset management to ensure cost efficiency, quality delivery, and operational continuity.

IT & Digital Transformation: Manage IT infrastructure and drive automation and technology integration across departments to optimize workflows and boost productivity.

Legal & Regulatory Governance: Ensure full compliance with applicable laws, SOPs, and ISO standards while managing contracts and organizational legal processes.

Risk Management & Security: Implement risk mitigation plans, contingency strategies, and security protocols to safeguard corporate assets, sensitive data, and personnel.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Law, Supply Chain Management, IT, or a related field (Master’s degree/MBA preferred).
- Minimum 10–15 years of progressive leadership experience across multiple functions, including HR, legal, procurement, IT, risk management, and operations.
- Proven experience in strategic leadership, driving business transformation, and managing cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, HRIS software, procurement tools, and automation solutions.
- Experience in ISO standards and regulatory compliance
Report to: Chief Executive Officer
Subordinates: Human Capital Specialist, Procurement Specialist, General Affair Specialist, Legal Specialist, IT Specialist.
