Are you passionate about child sponsorship, communications, and creating meaningful impact for children and communities?

Plan International Indonesia is looking for a Sponsorship Communications Manager to provide strategic and technical leadership for our sponsorship portfolio, driving quality sponsorship communication, team development, digitalisation, impact storytelling, and strong engagement with sponsors, children, families, and communities.

Location: Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara
Reports to: Resource Mobilization Director

We’re looking for someone with:
✔️ Minimum 5 years of experience in the child sponsorship sector
✔️ At least 2 years of field experience working with children and communities
✔️ Strong leadership, coordination, analytical, and communication skills
✔️ Excellent English and Bahasa Indonesia writing skills
✔️ Experience working in an NGO/development context
