Position Title: Site Supervision Engineer for Construction Supervision
for Landfill, Sorting Plant and Composting Plant.

Position Status: Contract for 2 years (expected to start
working in January/ February 2018).

Project Location: Jambi Municipality, Malang Municipality,
Jombang Regency and Sidoarjo Regency (for each of the 4 project regions 2
supervision engineers are required)

Responsibilities:

To carry out following
responsibilities during the construction but not limited to:

• ·        
  All Tasks
  and works activities related to duties of Site Supervision Engineer.
• ·        
  Check the appropriateness
  and quality of the works in progress and the material used for compliance with
  the specified requirements.
• ·        
  Perform
  measurement and valuation of the works.
• ·        
  Prepare
  progress report and all required contract documentations as well as contract
  administration.
• ·        
  Check the
  compliance of implementation of Quality Assurance Plan and Health and Safety
  Measures.

Minimum Requirements:

• ·        
  Degree in
  Civil Engineering, specializing in soil mechanics/geotechnics, with eexperiences in site
  supervision.
• ·        
  Five years
  working experiences in on-site construction supervision of wastewater/ solid
  waste treatment facilities projects.
• ·        
  In-depth
  knowledge of construction cost, laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• ·        
  Good
  verbal and written communication skills in English.
• ·        
  Good
  communication skill to liaise with the Employer and the Contractor.
• ·        
  Willing to
  work on-site in Jambi, Jombang, Malang or Sidoarjo for 2 years. 

Preferred Qualifications:

• ·        
  In-depth
  knowledge of Construction Condition of Contract according to FIDIC.
• ·        
  Working
  experience in on-site construction supervision of landfill project or waste
  water treatment projects.
• ·        
  Experience
  in site supervision projects for KfW, Worldbank Groups, ADB, JICA, etc.
