Training Officer   (Based
in Kupang) 

JOB
SUMMARY:

Responsible for ECCD training
activities planning, implementation and monitoring at the PU (district and sub
district level).  Will proactively work
to support and capacitate ECCD Program Officer and partners in Program Unit
(PU)/ Program Area in setting up the ECCD training implementation. The Training
Officer also responsible to be involved in the Parenting and Daily Routine
module development according to the government standard.

MAIN
RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:

 Key End Result 1 ECCD Training
Planning/Implementation/Monitoring Indicators for success:T.1.   Designing training courses base on the study
or evaluation that has been done by the consultant/,T.2. Preparing the list of
training schedule compilation which will be conducted in all PUs/, T.3.   Making sure all the training is in the same

standard in all PUs both for Training of Trainer (ToT) and Refresh training in
Parenting as well as Daily Routine & Learning Materials in terms of time
session, training proses, training materials, etc/ , T.4.   Evaluating all the trainer who involved with
training and give the feedback for the improvement , T.5. Supporting PU for
preparing and implementing the ECCD training outside the Plan’s working area in
collaboration with other institution such as the government or NGOs who are
interested with Plan International Indonesia resources , T.6.
Updating training records and keeping all relevant documentation T.7. Making
sure training is cost-effective within budget and time limits ,T.8.
Monitoring the implementation of parenting groups and Daily Routine activities
by facilitators and care givers to see the training Key
End Result 2.  ECCD Module DevelopmentIndicators
for success:T.1. Assist the ECE advisor in developing integrated
parenting and early childhood education modules according to the government
standardT.2. Consult closely with the ECCD Program Officer and all ECCD
stakeholders (BP2KB, health, education local office) to provide input into
development of ECCD module

PERFORMANCE
INDICATOR / INDIKATOR KINERJA:

• ECCD Training activities implemented on
  time, Access and influence on province and district government departments or
  other NGO resulting on collaboration in ECCD training with Plan International
  Indonesia,  Plan as a recognized ECCD training
  provider in the province and district level , Plan has the integrated ECCD
  module which in line with the government standard, Reporting and monitoring
  well Good coordination and cooperation with external parties and internal staff
  COMPETENCY
  REQUIREMENTS:Education : Bachelor degree
  related field (preferred in Education StudyKnowledge
  and Skill  : Community
  Development, CCCD, Child right,  CRC ,
  Specific Plan program domain: Early Childhood Development or early learning and
  Transition to Primary School ,Communication skill Participatory Rural Appraisal
  (PRA), Lobby and advocacy, Adaptability and culture sensitivity Networking and
  collaboration Attitude
  : High
  integrity, Self-motivated,  Inclusive
  of others: gender sensitivity and inclusion of those with
  special needs is central to effective ECCDExperience
  : Minimum five
  years experiences in planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluation of a
  specific program area in Early Childhood Development or early
  learning and Transition to Primary School Experienced in ECCD training , Experienced in module development, Experienced in
  representational roles , Experienced
