I.           
Job Summary

·        
Responsible for applying your skills across both traditional and digital
marketing to deliver communications and implement campaigns to support the
community and policy advocacy by organisation.

 

II.         
Tasks

1.  
Cultivate strong relationships with mass media to
deliver the  organization messages, such
as; develop press release, and conducting media visits, media conference, media
briefing, and media trips to program sites.

2.  
Enthusiastically puts digital
communications and outreach strategies into practice to reach more people and
create awareness of TURC’s initiatives;

3.  
Identify opportunities and implement activities to
leverage and boost organization image and reputation to both internal and
external stakeholders

4.  
Responsible in creating a wide-range of
graphics, animation, and video content to promote TURC’s work and encourage
innovation for organization sustainability.

5.  
Developing campaign strategy and material
for organization and particular issue i.e. newsletter,
newsflash, poster, brochure, etc;

6.  
Review and update content of website,
including develop new pages and features while ensuring that the website is
both visually appealing and easy to navigate;

7.  
Responsible for developing social media
content

8.  
Provide Media monitoring and analysis regularly
in TURC’s working areas.

9.  
Such other duties reasonably assigned by the Coordinator or TURC Management.

III.      
Required Skills

1.   
Strong media relations (national media based
in Jakarta).

2.   
Ability to work with minimum supervision

3.   
At least have minimum 2 years of experience in communication or public relations in communication
consultant, industry or NGO

4.   
Understand the nature of how foundation works, or how  pphilanthropy or
community development works

5.   
Good mastery of windows application (words, excel and    powerpoint)

6.   
Basic understanding of graphic design (adobe, corel)

7.   
Able to communicate in Bahasa and English (active)

8.   
Strong writing skills and have experience in
maintaining social media and website.
