About the Position
Accounting & Administration Staff is responsible to do daily work of the company’s finance & accounting, administration and ensuring that there is fiscal responsibility within operations. The Accounting & Administration Staff will report to the Finance & Operational Manager.
Job Description
- Perform as Petty Cash Custodian and assigned as person who deal with bank transaction.
- Handling preparation and execution of payments, maintain claims, receipts, cash advance, calculation of salary and allowances. Ensure payment vouchers have correct amounts and necessary supporting documents.
- Prepare invoice for clients. Ensure that the received amount matched with the contract/invoice.
- Compile monthly tax calculations, submit tax report to DJP online, and filing the documentation. Ensure that tax regulations are complied.
- Input daily transactions into accounting software (MYOB) to maintain updated accounts for monthly and year-end financial reporting.
- Assist senior/supervisor in reviewing financial report of grantees.
- Coordinate with senior/supervisors on financial decisions.
- Provide data for auditor when financial statement audit period.
- Handle in purchasing and company expenditures, contact the vendor, get the quotation and prepare Purchase Order (POs).
- Maintain accurate records of company fixed assets, ensuring they are in good operating condition.
- Assist company general administration and HR Task, such as managing of staff contracts/agreements and update staff’s database, maintaining health and labour insurance data with senior/supervisor approval.
Job Requirements
- Minimum S1/Bachelor Degree, majoring in accounting.
- Have 2 years’ experience in Finance/Accounting area.
- Understand Indonesian taxations.
- Have good verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian or English.
- Understand how to use accounting software, preferably experience in MYOB.
- Team player and eager to learn new skills and take on responsibilities with flexibility.
