Job Description

1. Ensure that the organization is in the right direction to achieve the strategic vision and missions
2. Responsible for NLR Indonesia’s staff, resources, programmes and relationships
3. Participates in technical, programmatic as well as organizational meetings that are of relevance to the work of the organizations
4. Ensures effective collaboration and coordination with stakeholders, partners and government-departments at all levels ranging from international to national
5. Promote impact- and result-based approaches
6. Will be in charge of and responsible for the functioning of the organizations in all its aspects
7. Actively participates in the Round Table (RT) of NLR Alliance and ensures that his/her input in the RT meetings is based on the input of the NLR Indonesia Board
8. Supervise and guide the activities of the staff and/or coach project leaders and supervisors in the management of their projects / teams
9. Be responsible for maintenance of a proper and transparent administrative and financial system, in compliance with national and international standards and donor requirements
10. Will emphasize on long term funding for NLR Indonesia

Job Requirements

1. Having the Indonesian nationality
2. Minimum 10-15 years of professional experience, with at least 5-7 years in senior leadership roles
3. Experience managing multi-million budgets
4. Strong experience in representing organization at national/international level
5. Policy influence and strategic partnerships (government, INGOs, networks)
6. Master degree in relevant fields (Public Health, Social Development, Management, or related disiplines)
7. Knowledge the context and roles of NGOs in Indonesia
