We are seeking an experienced Community Production Manager to join Birufinery and help us lead our community development efforts to sustainably innovate in the blue

Responsibilities

• Build & maintain strong relationships with local communities, fishermen, and seaweed farmers
• Facilitate training & capacity building programs for local communities on sustainable seaweed farming
• Support the development and implementation of sustainable supply chain strategies
• Engage with government agencies, NGOs, and other stakeholders to build partnerships

Qualifications

• Bachelor in agriculture, environmental science, business administration, or related field
• Min 5 years of experience in community development, sustainable agriculture, or related field
• Strong understanding of seaweed industry
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Experience working with rural communities
• Knowledge of sustainable development principles and practices
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
